Created using black paper with chalk & white paper with charcoal.
Again, this piece needs improving by using a tripod so the shots are smoother and run together better, also need to frame the piece so the background cant be seen. We also need to block out the background noise if we are not going to place a soundtrack over it. I love this piece especially the transformation onto the white paper from the black. The butterfly moves beautifully and I really like the smudges left behind by the rubbing out. In further experimentation we would need to slow down the caterpillar considerably he is just a blur he moves so fast! This would require more frames and smaller movements in each.
