When we were briefed by Sound City they recommended the 70s film The Warriors to us as inspiration for their dystopian themed festival.
I watched the film as part of my research. The city is divided by gangs who have their own neighborhoods and identity with easily identifiable costumes/uniforms. Their surroundings were dark, desolate and deserted; featuring graffiti, empty roads and trains, lots of tunnels and iron bridges. I will bear these aspects in mind in order to fulfill the final animation.
