Graffiti

Sourced graffiti around Liverpool and by famous artists such as Banksy to use on the dock walls to emphasize our dystopian theme: a world abandoned and neglected. Also graffiti was a big part of the scenery in the film The Warriors which I watched as research and was recommended to us by The SoundCity organisers.

These images are from around Liverpool, I chose to use the 'Do You Feel Lonely?' piece as it emphasizes the world we have placed our character in.

Also, used these piece by Banksy because they are simple and powerful, and the black & white is easy to recreate out of the black paper. Though in my version the colours are in reverse the black appears white and the white black.
