Shadow Animation

Just a quick video to experiment with technique: here we used the paper cut out temple from our other experimentation but shot the video of its shadow rather than the piece itself. Again we used the poor quality camera so its is blurred and pixelated despite this I think the shadow works well here the detail in frieze works particularly well in shadow. We tried to rain down 'leaves' of tissue paper on the temple but the camera didn't take pictures quick enough so the video is stilted and does not run well. One thing I did like about this quick experiment however was the combination of filming shadow and then the flash of colour when one of the leaves accidentally fell onto the backdrop.
